From rails and boxes to creative side hits and tricks on the piste: this playful freestyle ski gives you complete freedom to choose your own lines. The lightweight Aspen wood core delivers a lively ride, while the long rocker zones at the tip and tail make presses, butters, and spins easier. With a waist width of 95 mm and the renowned Magne-Traction® edges, the UFO 95 combines agility with reliable grip on hard snow. Ideal for riders who love to jib, jump, and let their creativity run wild.

Terrain: Freestyle & Park

The UFO 95 is right at home in the snow park, on hard-packed slopes, and during playful runs throughout the ski resort. The long rocker zones make it easy to butter, spin, and glide over obstacles with control. Thanks to its relatively narrow waist, you can switch edges smoothly. Even outside the park, it’s fun for side hits and small patches of soft snow, though deep powder isn’t its specialty.

Profile: Freestyle/Freeride Early Rise

The Freestyle/Freeride profile combines long, gradually rising rocker zones at the tip and tail with a medium-length contact zone underfoot. This makes the ski feel loose and playful during presses, spins, and slashes, while still providing plenty of control on hard snow. The raised tips also help you navigate uneven terrain more easily.

Shape & Sidecut: Twin Tip

With its freestyle-oriented twin-tip design, the UFO 95 lets you easily ski switch and perform creative tricks. The 95 mm waist width offers a good balance between maneuverability and stability. At 178 cm in length, the ski has a geometry of 126-95-116 mm and a turning radius of 17 meters. This allows you to carve smoothly through short and medium-length turns without the ski feeling twitchy.

Flex & Construction

The UFO 95 has a medium flex that ranges from 5.5/10 to 6.5/10, depending on the length. The lightweight A-Light Aspen wood core gives the ski a lively character with enough rebound for ollies and jumps. Thin biaxial and triaxial fiberglass layers reinforce the construction without adding unnecessary weight. The strong sintered UHMW sidewalls and base are designed for intensive use on hard snow and in the park.

Level: Intermediate to Advanced

This ski is designed for skiers who want to develop their freestyle skills or who already ride in the park regularly. The playful profile makes new tricks accessible, while the medium flex provides sufficient support during jumps and landings. If you’re primarily looking to carve at high speeds or want maximum precision on the piste, you’re better off choosing a stiffer, more directional model.

Technologies: A-Light Aspen & Magne-Traction®

The A-Light Aspen Eco Light Construction uses a lightweight, lively Aspen wood core that ensures quick responses and a comfortable ride. This keeps the UFO 95 easy to control during technical freestyle maneuvers.

Magne-Traction® uses wavy steel edges with extra contact points for better grip on hard and icy snow. This is especially useful for park riders who set their edges slightly less sharp for rails and boxes.

The Bio Beans Top is a plant-based topsheet that prevents snow from sticking as easily and contributes to a smooth ride.

Which ski length should you choose?

The UFO 95 is available in 171, 178, and 185 cm. A shorter length feels more maneuverable during spins, butters, and technical rail tricks. A longer ski offers more support and stability for bigger jumps and faster descents. Thanks to its pronounced rocker zones, this ski may feel slightly shorter than a traditional piste ski. So choose your length based on your body type, skill level, and favorite riding style.

Bindings & Setup

The Lib Tech UFO 95 2027 comes without bindings. It is a flat ski without an integrated binding system, allowing you to choose a suitable ski binding yourself. The bindings must be mounted separately and professionally adjusted based on your ski boots and personal measurements.

Stoked Expert Advice

The UFO 95 is a great choice for freestyle skiers who like to combine rails, kickers, and side hits with playful runs on the piste.
