    If you place your order on a working day before 4:00 PM, your parcel will usually be packed the same day....

    We ship from Tuesday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on Monday are shipped first on Tuesday.

    As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with the tracking code (please note it may take some time before it becomes active).

    • Belgium & the Netherlands: delivery usually on the next working day after shipment.
    • Other European Countries: average delivery time 2–3 working days.

  • What if I'm not at home?

    If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be safely stored at a DPD Service point ...

    If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be safely stored at a DPD Service point near you.

    You will be notified of this immediately by email.

    This means you can collect your order from the DPD point up to 5 days after delivery.

    You can also easily check this digitally via the Track & Trace code that we sent you by email.
