Flex

6/10—With a flex rating of 4.5 to 6.5, these snowboards are stable on the slopes and offer enough flexibility for the park. It’s the perfect balance between stability and forgiveness.

Shape

Directional Twin—this shape combines characteristics of both a directional and a twin board. It has a symmetrical shape (twin) regarding the nose and tail around the bindings, which provides balance during freestyle maneuvers such as spins or switch riding. However, outside the bindings, the nose may be slightly longer than the tail, or the flex may vary from front to back, making the board more suitable for all-mountain riding in one direction. This makes the board versatile, performance-oriented in various snow conditions, and still suitable for park riding.

Rocker Type

3BT™ with SideKick™—This unique design combines a positive camber from nose to tail with raised contact points in the sidebase. The addition of SideKick™ increases the upward pressure on the sides at the widest points, allowing you to make even smoother turns, experience better float in powder, and have more control over your snowboard, even on rough terrain.

Bataleon’s Ultra Light Woodcore is a 70/30 blend of Swiss paulownia and poplar wood, making it the lightest core in the Bataleon lineup. This wood core offers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, allowing you to maneuver effortlessly and enjoy quick responsiveness.

Triax Laminate—Triax Laminate is a strong, lightweight, and responsive three-layer fiberglass construction that further enhances the flex pattern of more aggressive snowboards. This layer is located beneath the woodcore and provides advanced performance and torsional stiffness.
